1. Privacy Policy Summary

This policy covers EverythingFarm, LLC., (hereinafter “Provider”) a New Hampshire corporation, use of personal information that it collects and receives from customers, individuals, businesses, and other users (hereinafter “Users”).

2. Information Gathered by Provider in Rendering Services

Provider may collect personal information from User’s during registration on Provider’s web hosting Services, as described in more detail in the Provider’s Terms of Service Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference. The information generally obtained from User’s includes User’s email address, username, and any Content provided by Users (further described in the Terms of Service Agreement).

Once registration is completed by Users, Provider automatically receives and records information on Provider’s server logs from Users browser, including User’s IP address, cookies, and the pages Users request. Provider may further collect additional User information and makes reasonable efforts to separate personal identifier information from such other information obtained. Provider may use User information for the following general purposes: products and services provisions, identification and authentication, services improvement, support, contact, research, and anonymous reporting.

Provider may collect billing information if Users signs up for a paid service, which may include Users name, address, telephone number, credit card details, and other information that is necessary in order to process a transaction. Provider shall not store any of Users sensitive billing information.

Provider may work with third parties in Providing Services, and make best efforts to ensure that third party contracting partners have similar privacy policies for User’s information, however, in no way is Provider liable for dissemination or improper use of User’s information by a third party.

3. User’s Billing information

Should Users sign up for any of Provider’s paid for services, Provider requires Users billing information in order to process a transaction. Provider may retain the last 4 digits of Users credit card number and credit card type for identification purposes, all other billing information, shall be discarded after Users transaction has been processed.

If Users subscription is auto-renewing, a recurring subscription will be created at a secure payment gateway, in order to carry out a Users subscription.

Should User’s cancel a subscription, Users billing information shall be immediately removed.

4. User’s IP Address and Cookies

Provider occasionally obtains IP addresses, browser, session information and identifier cookie data from Users. IP addresses, browser and session and cookie information may be used by Provider mainly monitoring purposes, including but not limited to diagnostic, statistical and site improvement purposes.

5. User’s Information, Use, Sharing and Disclosure

Provider shall not share, sell, rent or trade personally identifiable information of Users with third parties for promotional purposes.

Provider may use or share Users personal information where it is necessary to complete a transaction, to operate or improve the Provider’s products and services, or with permission from Users to complete a particular task.

Users may opt out of an Provider emails that User receives by unsubscribing.

User’s may opt to link friends with the friend’s names and email addresses through Provider’s Services. Provider may use friend referral information in order to send invitation emails to the friend, with available unsubcription links to the friend.

General Exception Practices: Provider may share personally identifiable information about User’s under the following circumstances:

a.)Provider may share Users personal information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes, to establish or exercise Provider’s legal rights or, defend against legal claims and if in Providers judgment, in such circumstances, disclosure is required or appropriate.

b.)Provider may share Users personal information if Provider believes it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our various terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

c.)Provider may also buy or sell all or part of Provider’s business. In such transactions, personally identifiable information which User’s have registered may be shared, assigned and transferred generally, and shall remain subject to this privacy policy and any subsequent policies to which User’s have consented.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Provider may revise modify or update this policy. Provider shall notify Users about significant changes in the way Provider treats personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in Users particular Provider account or by placing a prominent notice on Provider’s site prior to the change becoming effective.

7. Add-On Services

Add-on services may be provided by Provider’s Services including but not limited to forms, surveys, contests, forums, subscribing or unsubscribing to mailings, which may also require User personal identifier information, which shall only be used for the Add-On Services provided.

8. Links to 3rd Party and Social Media Sites

Provider’s Services may include links to third party and social media web sites. User is responsible for reviewing the third party web site policies, which shall govern the privacy policy of any information submitted by User to the third party and/or social media site.

9. Confidentiality and Security

No data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, Provider does not ensure or warrant the security of any information User’s transmit to Provider, however Provider shall make every effort to ensure the security of Provider’s Services.

If Provider learns of a security breach, Provider may attempt to notify Users electronically so that Users may take appropriate protective steps. By using Provider’s Services, User agrees that Providers may communicate with Users electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues relating to Users use of Provider’s sites, products and Services. Provider may post a notice on Provider’s applicable web sites if a security breach occurs. User’s may edit Users account information with Provider’s Services at any time. If Users personally identifiable information changes, or if Users no longer desire Provider’s Services, User’s may correct, update, or delete account information by making changes on the User’s home page, or by emailing Provider’s Customer Support at
